Qué sencillo y que profundo lo que dice esté autor respecto del Café. Para él, el Café hay que beberlo siempre que podamos, ¿qué quería decir con esto? Estando en el Bar Café Aranjuez, me viene a la mente, que él aludía al placer de beber el Café, y como refiere al menos una vez a la semana. En este Café, sentado cómodamente frente a un ventanal y apreciando el paisaje urbano, de una esquina conocidísima en la Ciudad de Córdoba, en la encrucijada entre Figueroa Alcorta y Deán Funes, en un escenario de árboles altos y añosos que comienzan a reverdecer, el sorbo de un exquisito Café con su aroma envolvente y en medio de su degustación, reconozco el placer de beberlo, mientras que pienso, reflexiono y se agitan recuerdos de lo que ha sido y está dejando de ser la Docta Ciudad, respecto de los innumerables Cafés dónde se reunían la gente, los amigos y las familias, a pasar un tiempo juntos. Termino de degustar el Café, y me encuentro con el deseo de comer algo de la rica Pastelería y Restoro a modo de entremés tradicional; pero me doy con que, del placer paso súbitamente al displacer con el desagrado de un pauperri Sandwiche del dominado Tostado, otrora exquisito, pero en esta mañana de desayuno tardío, un desagradable pedazo de miga, seco, sin sabor, desabrido, y con una feta transparente sea de jamón o de queso, y sin la clásica manteca untable y sin una pizca de mayonesa, el pan era un trozo de cartón reseco, indigerible, acompañado no de papitas, sino de puchitos de nachos en unas miseras migajas de nachitos. Qué pena tan placentero el inicio del desayuno, y tan miserable y desagradable el final, al momento de comer. Del disfrute inicial, al desagradable final, los Bar Café de Córdoba, no pueden degradarse así, pierden prestigio y el respeto de los clientes, esto lleva a advertir y concluir que quienes ofrecen un servicio de consumición en lugares tan distinguidos de la urbanística Docta Ciudad, deben revisar que ofrecen a los Consumidores, como les sirven y atienden, revisar especialmente lo que proponen como Menú, como lo preparan y la calidad del producto de lo que y de sus Chefs en la cocina elabora, porque no cuidan la variedad, la innovación y el arte culinario. También el inversor es responsable en esta cadena en que la calidad está comprometida, no hay que ser miserables, porque el mercado brinda mucho y sacan pingue ganancias y no le devuelven a la comunidad ni siquiera en la ergonomía del mobiliario, en vez de sillones de mullidos y tapizados, resultan receptáculos de duras piedras para las posaderas y respaldo, hasta son pauperris de tomacorriente y de luces tenues cercanas a las tenumbres.
